To test my theory that it should work for the Dreamcast I used a Barry Burton mod for RE2. The wonderful people at Resident Evil Modification have been making edits to the PC version of RE2, giving us new character mods, different sound effects and other goodies. So I looked at the files to see just how similar they were to the PC game, and what do you know. I browsed some forums and read that the RE2 for the DC was literally a straight up port of the PC version.
